Job Overview
The Key Account Manager will manage and grow strategic partnerships for DocOnline across Insurance, NBFCs, MFIs, and FinTechs.
The role focuses on driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth for DocOnline's healthcare offerings (OPD, teleconsultation, wellness programs) within existing partner accounts, while ensuring seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Ownership & Relationship Management
- Own end-to-end relationships with key partners (Insurance, BFSI, FinTech).
- Build strong connects with stakeholders across Product, Partnerships, and CXO levels.
- Act as the single point of contact for all account-related communication.
2. Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Drive upsell/cross-sell of DocOnline's healthcare solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand coverage, user base, and product adoption.
- Deliver on revenue targets for assigned accounts.
3. Client Engagement & Performance Management
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of healthcare programs.
- Track utilization, engagement, and partner-level KPIs.
- Conduct regular business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with actionable insights.
4. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Product, Medical, Ops, and CX teams to deliver partner success.
- Resolve escalations and ensure SLA adherence.
5. Strategic Account Planning
- Build account plans focused on growth, retention, and long-term value.
- Provide market and client insights to improve offerings and positioning.
Key Requirements
Experience:
- 8+ years in Key Account Management / Client Success in Insurance, HealthTech, or BFSI.
- Experience managing enterprise partnerships.
Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of healthcare/insurance products and ecosystem.
- Data-driven approach to account growth and engagement.
Education:
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
