Role Summary:
.Work closely with Head Distribution - Training & DSF Sales Head on building capability of direct sales force, strategize key interventions for capability building post assessing GAPS. Work on employee retention.
.RM- Qualification on Goal sheets
.Periodically visit training architecture and version the same
.Drive ease of doing business
.Execution of Training Roadmap and premier certifications
.Process adherence
