Role– National Head ( Retail Branch Banking )

Reports to: EVP (Retail Banking)

Location: Thrissur

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to head our Branch Banking Division. The role involves driving strategy, sales, customer acquisition & retention, branch expansion, and process excellence to strengthen the Bank's market presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & implement cohesive strategies for liability and third-party products.

Lead branch expansion initiatives and enhance branch performance.

Drive customer-centric marketing, sales, and engagement programs.

Ensure regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and service excellence.

Mentor and develop senior leaders to build a strong succession pipeline.

Achieve business growth across CASA, NRI, and overall banking portfolio.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Post-Graduation or higher.

Experience: 22–25 years in Branch Banking with proven leadership in large-scale operations, sales, and customer engagement.
