Job Description

  • Build and manage strong relationships with universities, colleges, and academic heads
  • Drive institutional partnerships for curriculum integration, digital learning solutions, and skill development programs
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → pitch → negotiation → closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, academic delivery, operations) to ensure seamless execution
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand presence across target regions
  • Meet and exceed defined revenue and partnership goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Head of University Sales should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B / institutional sales (preferably in edtech, education services, or SaaS)
  • Strong network within universities, engineering colleges, and academic ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of closing large-ticket partnerships
  • Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Builders and not operators

What's on Offer
