Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the University's national industry engagement, employer branding, and placement strategy.
• Cultivate high-value relationships with CEOs, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Business Leaders, and industry influencers.
• Expand and strengthen recruiter networks across IT, ITES, Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, Consulting, Core Engineering, Emerging Technologies, and other high-growth sectors.
• Design and implement a scalable recruiter acquisition and engagement framework with clear performance metrics.
• Significantly enhance the University's placement reach and employer presence across India.
• Forge strategic partnerships for internships, apprenticeships, live projects, campus hiring, executive interactions, and industry-led learning initiatives.
• Build, lead, and inspire regional industry engagement teams to deliver ambitious outcomes.
• Establish and achieve aggressive annual targets for placements, internships, recruiter acquisition, and employer engagement.

Ideal Profile:

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Business Development, Industry Partnerships, or University Placements.
• Strong and active relationships with senior HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders across multiple sectors.
• Proven success in building large-scale recruitment pipelines and strategic employer partnerships.
• Deep understanding of evolving workforce trends, future skills, and industry talent requirements.
• Executive presence with the ability to represent the University at senior industry forums and leadership platforms nationwide.
