Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a leader with a proven track record of excellence having developed Sales & Biz
Dev functions in a high growth environment. The role is a relationship and networking based
role with a high focus on growing and scaling up a growth stage business.
Major elements:
New Business Development - Forging new developer tie-ups and maintaining existing
relationships for primary sales and home loans businesses.
Supply & Market Intelligence - Ensuring relevant and adequate supply of projects with
well negotiated fee structures for sales teams (property & home loans) to work upon.
Revenue Collection - Ensuring timely and complete revenue collection for sales done
with an analytical approach & leveraging relationships.
Funnel Management - Tracking milestones, registrations, invoicing and collections for
better control of the overall funnel and risk management.
Stakeholder Management - Actively engaging with the various external stakeholders
(developers, mandate partners) & internal stakeholders (sales verticals, loan teams)
Team Management - Managing team of 50+ people spanning across various locations
and having profiles across BD Managers, Regional Leads, CRM, Revenue Operations
Reporting & Compliance - Ensuring timely and accurate updation of relevant trackers
and systems for reporting & analysis across various work streams under scope.
Desired Candidate & Skills :
Startup mindset & ability to work in high-energy, ambiguous environments
Experience in the Real Estate industry is highly desirable
Prior team management & stakeholder handling experience
Proven track record of target driven B2B sales is a plus (esp RE & Loan Businesses)
Attention to detail and critical problem solving skills
