Position Overview

National Growth Lead – Oncology will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling the Oncology Business Unit across India. The incumbent will own the complete P&L, strategic planning, commercial execution, product portfolio expansion, market access, clinical engagement, and talent development for the Oncology division.

Educational Qualification

Essential:

• B.Pharma / B.Sc. / Biomedical Engineering / Life Sciences

Preferred:

• MBA (Marketing / Sales / Healthcare Management)

• Advanced certification in Oncology, Medical Devices, Healthcare Management, or Strategic Leadership

Experience

• 15–18+ years of experience in Oncology, Medical Devices, Specialty Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals.

• Minimum 5–7 years in a national leadership role.

• Strong relationships with oncologists, cancer centers, and healthcare institutions.
