Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies for retail banking and loan portfolios.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the collections team to achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all collection activities.
  • Analyse collection data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve recovery rates.
  • Manage vendor relationships to support collection activities.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in collections.
  • Train and mentor team members to achieve high performance standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Collection Manager should have:
