Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Channel Sales Manager based in South Delhi. The role involves managing and developing relationships with channel partners, overseeing the sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue targets. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, develop and execute channel sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to achieving company objectives. This position also requires identifying market opportunities and implementing effective sales initiatives to expand the company's presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Channel Sales and building effective relationships with Channel Partners
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent skills in Customer Service to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Ability to analyze sales data, strategize, and optimize sales performance
- Demonstrated experience in the FMCG sector will be an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Willingness to work on-site in South Delhi and travel as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
