Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced National Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across our Agriculture and Healthcare verticals.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Headquarters in Patna, with extensive travel required across multiple states in India.

The role demands a result-oriented leader who can drive nationwide expansion, strengthen distribution networks, and contribute directly to long-term company growth.

Qualifications

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across regions
• Expand and strengthen national distribution and channel networks
• Lead large-scale sales growth initiatives across Agri and Healthcare portfolios
• Manage key accounts and high-value partnerships
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for multi-state expansion
• Build and guide regional growth teams
• Ensure disciplined execution aligned with company targets

Candidate's Profile

• 1015 years of experience in FMCG, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, or large-scale distribution sectors
• Proven track record of driving multi-state sales growth
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and execution capabilities
• High ownership mindset with commitment to performance targets
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-growth environment

Preferred

• Experience in sustainability, agriculture, or healthcare sectors
• Background in structured distribution or network-driven expansion models
