Profile -Sales Manager – Modern Trade & Wholesale (Toys)

Experience- Min 10 years

CTC- Upto 12 LPA (Depend on the interview)

Location: Delhi

Working Days- 6 days

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead Modern Trade and

Wholesale execution for our Toys business.

The ideal candidate will focus on driving store-level execution, expanding our partner

network, and ensuring strong secondary sales performance through both modern trade and

wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

Modern Trade Execution & Growth

• Manage and execute business plans with key modern trade partners

• Identify and onboard new modern trade partners and toy retail chains to drive

category reach.

• Ensure best-in-class execution of planograms, promotions, and visibility at the store

level.

• Monitor in-store performance and coordinate timely replenishments and display

rollouts.

Wholesale Channel Development

• Handle regional and wholesale accounts and distributors for the Toys

category.

• Strengthen partnerships to ensure availability, visibility, and timely supply.

• Expand the wholesale network into new territories and cities.

• Track and analyze secondary sales performance and distributor ROI.

Operational & Cross-Functional Execution

• Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance for smooth operational flow.

• Implement promotional campaigns, new launches, and visibility initiatives.

• Track claims, credit notes, and inventory levels for all accounts.

Market Expansion & Insights

• Map emerging toy markets and identify new retail/wholesale opportunities.

• Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and trends to recommend action plans.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.

• 10 years or above experience in Modern Trade / Key Account Sales / Wholesale

Sales, ideally in Toys, Stationary, or Consumer Products.

• Experience in execution, partner expansion, and category development.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
