Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a NAPS HR Professional at our Pune location MNC client . The role includes managing HR operations, creating and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and providing support in personnel management. The professional will work closely with clients and team members to ensure seamless processing of recruitment and HR functions under the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) functions and HR Management
• Proficiency in creating and enforcing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits programs
• Skills in Personnel Management to effectively handle workforce-related tasks
• Ability to work onsite and interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Knowledge of Marathi Language preferred
