Description
- Implement and maintain standards of National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) across all departments.
- Prepare, update, and control policies, SOPs, manuals, and documentation.
- Coordinate NABH accreditation, internal audits, and external inspections.
- Monitor quality indicators, patient safety measures, and compliance reports.
- Conduct staff training and awareness programs on quality standards.
- Identify gaps and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain statutory, regulatory, and biomedical compliance records.
- Prepare monthly quality reports and present data to management.
- Coordinate with department heads for continuous quality improvement.
