Job Summary:
Rama University is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented NAAC Coordinator to oversee accreditation, quality assurance, and compliance-related activities. The candidate will play a key role in coordinating with various departments, managing institutional data, preparing accreditation reports, and supporting the university's quality enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Accreditation & Compliance- Maintain and organize accreditation and compliance-related records, documents, and evidence files.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management for accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor accreditation timelines and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Data Collection & Management- Collect, compile, validate, and verify institutional data required for NAAC, NIRF, NBA, UGC, and other statutory bodies.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for timely submission of data and supporting documents.
- Maintain data repositories and ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
Report Preparation- Assist in the preparation and submission of:
- AQAR (Annual Quality Assurance Report)
- SSR (Self-Study Report)
- SAR (Self-Assessment Report)
- NIRF submissions
- Other compliance and accreditation reports
- Prepare presentations, analytical reports, and institutional performance reports as required.
Portal Management- Upload, update, and maintain information on NAAC, NIRF, NBA, UGC, and other relevant portals.
- Ensure timely updates and accuracy of institutional data on regulatory platforms.
IQAC & Quality Assurance- Support the activities of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).
- Assist in implementing quality assurance frameworks, best practices, and institutional quality initiatives.
- Facilitate the collection of evidences and documentation required for quality audits and accreditation assessments.
Documentation & Coordination- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), action-taken reports, and related documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and accreditation-related activities with various stakeholders.
- Maintain proper records of committee meetings, compliance reports, and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications- Master's Degree from a recognized University.
- Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Education, Management, Quality Assurance, or related fields.
Experience- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NAAC accreditation, IQAC, academic administration, or higher education quality assurance.
- Experience in handling accreditation processes, documentation, and compliance activities at a university or higher education institution is highly desirable.
Required Skills- Strong knowledge of NAAC, NIRF, NBA, UGC, and higher education accreditation frameworks.
- Excellent documentation, report writing, and data management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online portals.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
