N8N Automation Developer

We're Hiring: Senior n8n Automation Developer

Remote | Full-Time

Compensation: 9LPA - 18LPA

We are a growing startup looking for an experienced **n8n Automation Developer** who can build complex, reliable, and scalable workflows across our marketing, sales, operations, and product systems.

This is not a basic automation role where you only connect a few nodes together.

We are looking for someone who can understand a problem, build the logic independently, identify edge cases, and come up with practical solutions without needing step-by-step instructions.

What You'll Work On

• Marketing and sales automations

• Product-level workflows with complex logic

• API integrations between multiple platforms

• LLM-powered and AI-based automations

• Error handling, retries, fallback systems, and data validation logic

• Custom workflows using n8n Code nodes whenever required

What We're Looking For

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools

• Strong experience building complex, multi-step workflows

• Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, and databases (Has had hands to work with Supbase, airtable)

• Ability to write custom logic using JavaScript or Python

• Practical experience using LLM tools and AI coding assistants

• Experience building AI-powered workflows or integrating LLM APIs

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build solutions independently
