Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Contact decision-makers & screen potential business opportunities in US.
  • Managing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities and key accounts.
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Expected to make cold calls and engage in direct email communication with international customers with major focus on North America to promote our line of business.
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and regularly meet with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business.
  • Being aware of market trends and competitors.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Qualifications and Experience: BE - Mechanical / Production /Auto / Industrial, Engineering graduate is preferred. 3 to 5 years of work experience in Business Development. Engineering services industry is preferred. Worked in International Sales for any product company with particular focus in EMEA, NA, LATAM regions.
  • Recording of all sales activities in the trackers and maintaining it up to date.
  • Meets targets and deadlines Should have the ability to open the customer doors for the business.
  • Successful track record in sales and negotiation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working experience with sales techniques.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Writing reports and analyzing relevant business data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good at using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Industries to focus: Manufacturing/ Automotive /Turbomachinery/Aerospace/Industrial products and machines/Oil and Gas/Process Industries (Waste to Energy/Power)
