Luxury Mystery Shopper – Automotive & High-End Brands

We are currently looking for passionate consumers of high-end luxury brands to join our network of Mystery Shoppers for upcoming paid assignments across the Gulf Region.

This opportunity is specifically designed for individuals who regularly shop from luxury fashion, jewellery, watches and premium brands and are familiar with the high level of customer service expected within the luxury sector.

About the Assignment

As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit an assigned luxury automotive showroom or high-end boutique as a regular customer and:

• Evaluate the overall customer experience

• Assess the quality and professionalism of the service provided

• Observe specific elements based on the assignment guidelines

• Complete an online questionnaire following your visit

• Provide clear and objective feedback about your experience

Compensation

Assignments are paid between USD 30–100 per mission, depending on the scope and requirements.

Selected projects may also include Purchase & Keep assignments, where the approved purchase cost is reimbursed and you may keep the purchased item.

Who We Are Looking For

For our current assignments, we specifically require candidates who:

• Regularly shop from high-end/luxury brands

• Have exposure to luxury fashion, jewellery, watches and/or premium automotive brands

• Understand the level of service expected from luxury brands

• Have excellent attention to detail

• Can communicate their observations clearly

• Are reliable and able to follow assignment guidelines carefully
