About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and innovative
MYP STEM Senior Learning Coach (Science Teacher) who believes in
student-centered, inquiry-driven learning. The ideal candidate will be comfortable integrating
STEM concepts with basic mathematics and facilitating
hands-on, project-based learning experiences for students.
This role is ideal for educators who have worked in
non-traditional or progressive learning environments and are excited about coaching students through exploration, experimentation, and real-world problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate engaging STEM learning experiences aligned with inquiry-based methodologies.
- Integrate science with basic mathematics and technology concepts to create interdisciplinary lessons.
- Guide students through project-based learning (PBL) and hands-on investigations.
- Act as a learning coach, supporting students curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop innovative curriculum resources and assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to support student growth.
- Use digital tools and platforms effectively to deliver high-quality remote learning experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of teaching experience in non-traditional or progressive schools.
- Comfortable teaching STEM with basic mathematics integration.
- Experience with Inquiry-Based Learning or Project-Based Learning (PBL).
- Exposure to IB or Cambridge curriculum will be preferred.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for online teaching environments.
- Passion for innovative education and student-centered learning.

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM 5:30 PM
