October 22 is a growing fashion and jewellery brand focused on building a strong omnichannel presence across D2C and marketplaces. As we expand on Myntra, we are looking for an experienced Marketplace Consultant to guide our strategy, systems, and execution.

About the Role

We are seeking a Myntra Marketplace Consultant who will work closely with the founders to structure, optimize, and scale our Myntra operations. This is a strategic advisory role suited for someone with hands-on marketplace experience who can both execute and train our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and optimize our Myntra Seller Panel & MDirect setup
  • Guide advanced product listing and catalog structuring
  • Advise on pricing strategy and margin management
  • Structure discount architecture and sale participation planning
  • Support inventory planning and stock movement strategy
  • Identify growth opportunities and visibility levers
  • Build SOPs and train the internal team on marketplace workflows
  • Help avoid operational penalties and inefficiencies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Myntra seller accounts
  • Strong understanding of MDirect workflows and marketplace mechanics
  • Experience handling sale events, pricing revisions, and discount planning
  • Analytical mindset with a growth-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working directly with founders in a collaborative setup
