About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling e-commerce enablement firm working with top-tier platforms like Myntra, we drive end-to-end operational excellence in order processing, inventory coordination, and customer experience management for high-volume digital marketplaces. Our team ensures seamless backend execution across logistics, returns, and seller enablement — enabling faster deliveries, fewer errors, and higher CSAT for millions of users.

Role & Responsibilities

• Process and validate Myntra orders daily across multiple seller catalogs with 99.5%+ accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure on-time dispatch and resolve shipment delays.
• Manage return/refund requests, ensuring compliant resolution within SLA windows.
• Monitor seller dashboard KPIs — order cancellation rates, pickup failures, and listing compliance.
• Escalate product/fulfillment issues to internal stakeholders and document root causes.
• Participate in daily team stand-ups and performance reviews to drive operational efficiency.
