We are seeking a skilled Mutual Fund Operations Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our mutual fund transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of mutual fund transactions and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage the processing of investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, and switches.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including fund managers, compliance teams, and external vendors.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and inquiries from clients and internal teams.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in mutual fund operations or asset management.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund regulations and compliance requirements in India.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
