Reporting to: Assistant General Manager, Music Marketing
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end marketing for multiple music launches simultaneously.
- Develop 360-degree marketing plans for artists and music IPs.
- Build artist positioning, content direction, and audience growth strategies.
- Create insight-led campaigns based on digital behavior and cultural trends.
- Execute campaigns across social, influencer, media, partnerships, and on-ground channels.
- Identify real-time opportunities to amplify reach and engagement.
- Build and manage relationships with artists, managers, creators, platforms, and media partners.
- Track campaign performance, audience behavior, and market trends to refine strategy.

Screening filters
- 4–10 years of experience in music marketing, entertainment marketing, brand marketing, or content marketing.
- Experience in artist marketing, music launches, or campaign management.
- Exposure to digital-first campaigns and influencer-led activations.
