Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Murex Front Office module, including trade capture and pricing
Experience in testing trade pricing, simulation, and validation scenarios
Good understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss) analysis at deal and portfolio level in Murex
Rate curve configurations
Market data (Market Rate Sheets, yield curves, volatility surfaces)
Pre-trade and E-Tradepad testing
Simulation Viewer, Livebook, and Strategy Builder validation
Strong knowledge of multiple asset classes (FX, IRD, Equities, Commodities, Credit)
Good understanding of trade lifecycle across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office
Ability to validate sensitivities (Greeks), pricing discrepancies, and risk measures
Strong analytical and debugging skills for identifying pricing and trade issues
Basic knowledge of SQL and Unix for data validation and log analysis
Familiarity with test management tools, defect tracking, and QA methodologies

Responsibilities

Perform functional and regression testing for Murex Front Office implementations
Trade capture and booking workflows
Pricing and simulation results
P&L calculations and sensitivities
Curves setup
Market data inputs
Simulation views
Execute E-Tradepad testing, including trade entry, validation rules, and workflows
Work closely with Front Office users, Business Analysts, and Developers to understand requirements and validate solutions
Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data
Identify, log, and track defects, and support resolution with development teams
Perform end-to-end testing across integrated systems (FO, MO, BO)
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production releases
Ensure data accuracy in reports, DataMart, and downstream systems
Participate in stakeholder discussions and provide QA insights during solution design
