Role Summary

The Delivery Lead Murex Connectivity will be responsible for endtoend delivery of large, complex Murex programs, with a strong focus on Connectivity 2.0 implementations and integrations. This role combines technical depth, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high service quality while driving profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilites

  • Lead delivery of large, complex Murex programs using structured delivery frameworks.
  • Own scope, risk, cost, and quality management across multiteam, multistream engagements.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Murex Connectivity 2.0 and integration architecture.
  • Collaborate with sponsors and senior stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with business objectives.
  • Drive workflow configuration and development across Murex modules.
  • Oversee MXML configuration, development, and datamodel alignment.
  • Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration across development, testing, operations, and business teams.
  • Lead design discussions and manage user interactions for design reviews and UAT signoff.
  • Measure, track, and communicate delivery progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
  • Mentor and coach senior and junior team members, enabling highperformance delivery teams.
  • Proactively support presales and sales activities through innovative delivery solutions and credibility with clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of handson experience in Murex, with deep expertise in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
  • Strong experience in largescale integration programs involving Murex.
  • Expertise in XMLbased programming (XSLT, XML parsing, Java).
  • Strong understanding of MXML data model.
  • Solid understanding of Operations workflows and pretrade / posttrade workflows.
  • Experience developing APIs, trade workflows, and exchange integrations.
  • Technical expertise in Java, XML, XSL, Unix scripting (Shell/Perl), SQL (TSQL / PLSQL).
  • Exposure to messaging technologies (MQ, TIBCO or similar).
  • Strong understanding of financial products and capitalmarkets operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills.
  • 15 years of fulltime education.

Nice to Have

  • Murex Back Office workflows experience.
  • Experience leading global or distributed delivery teams.
  • Prior clientfacing delivery leadership roles in Tier1 banks or financial institutions.
