Job Summary

We are seeking motivated professionals with experience in Municipal Lien Search (MLS) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in contacting government agencies to obtain municipal lien-related information and ensure timely, accurate updates for property records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Municipal Lien Searches by contacting municipal/government agencies.
  • Handle outbound calls to verify utility balances, special assessments, and other municipal dues.
  • Collect, validate, and update lien search information accurately.
  • Maintain quality standards and meet turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
  • Document search findings in the client system.
  • Follow client guidelines and process documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely completion of orders.

Mandatory Skills

  • Experience in Municipal Lien Search (MLS).
  • Experience in any one of the following:
  • Utility (Unrecorded)
  • Special Assessment
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in US Shift.
  • Ability to handle a pure calling process (Government Agencies).
