Job Summary
We are seeking motivated professionals with experience in Municipal Lien Search (MLS) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in contacting government agencies to obtain municipal lien-related information and ensure timely, accurate updates for property records.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Municipal Lien Searches by contacting municipal/government agencies.
- Handle outbound calls to verify utility balances, special assessments, and other municipal dues.
- Collect, validate, and update lien search information accurately.
- Maintain quality standards and meet turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
- Document search findings in the client system.
- Follow client guidelines and process documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely completion of orders.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in Municipal Lien Search (MLS).
- Experience in any one of the following:
- Utility (Unrecorded)
- Special Assessment
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US Shift.
- Ability to handle a pure calling process (Government Agencies).
