Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Multiple Site Supervisor. The role includes overseeing the daily operations of multiple sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing staff, maintaining compliance with company standards, and resolving any operational issues. The Supervisor will coordinate with clients and internal teams, ensure all facilities management services run efficiently, and prepare regular reports on site performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility operations at multiple sites.
• Manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Resolve facility issues and handle site complaints.
• Maintain reports and update management on site operations

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years experience in housekeeping supervision.
• Experience managing multiple sites and teams.
• Good communication and team management skills.
