Role Description

We are hiring for our Upstream R&D team across multiple experience levels. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on recombinant expression systems and upstream process development including fermentation, optimization, and scale-up.

Work includes process development, expression optimization, fermentation, scale-up support, documentation, and collaboration with downstream teams using systems like Pichia pastoris and E. coli.

Open Positions

Upstream Scientist Mid-Level 8 plus years

Lead upstream development, fermentation scale-up, troubleshooting, and tech transfer

Master's or PhD with 8 plus years experience in biologics upstream R&D

Strong expertise in Pichia pastoris, E. coli, fermentation, and clone development and maintenance

Research Associate 2 to 4 years

Execute expression and fermentation experiments, support scale-up and documentation

Bachelor's or Master's with 2 to 4 years experience in upstream processes

Junior Researcher 0 to 2 years

Assist in routine experiments, clone handling, and fermentation support

Freshers or up to 2 years experience with basic lab skills can apply
