Desired Skills:

• Sound knowledge of HR Establishment is preferred.
• Well versed with MS office, SAP and Tech Savy.
• Knowledge of HR documentation, compliances, HR Audits, HR Scorecard and HR Governance mechanism.
• Excellent communication, Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership qualities, with a track record of managing teams and driving results.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• MBA in HR & 10+ years of experience in manufacturing industry
