Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Multimedia Specialist role based in Raipur. The Multimedia Specialist will plan, create, and edit visual content including product videos, graphics, and photography for digital platforms and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end video production, designing graphics for social media, packaging, and promotional materials, and capturing high-quality photos that align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate brand messages into compelling visual stories, maintaining a consistent visual identity, and optimizing content for various channels. The Multimedia Specialist will also organize and manage media assets, ensure timely delivery of content, and stay current with creative trends and tools relevant to food and lifestyle branding.

Qualifications

• Strong multimedia skills, including the ability to combine video, graphics, and photography into cohesive visual campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in video production, such as planning, shooting, editing, and post-production for digital and social media content.
• Proficiency in graphic design and graphics creation, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar software.
• Skilled in product and lifestyle photography, including lighting, composition, and basic photo retouching.
• Relevant experience in content creation for consumer brands; food or FMCG industry experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and an understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.
• Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
