About Us:
Dozti is a private holding company operating across technology, infrastructure, professional services, and intellectual property development. We produce structured, high-quality media content including podcasts, corporate communications, educational media, and animated explainer-style content.
Our media output emphasizes clarity, discipline, and narrative precision not trend-based editing or short-form gimmicks. We aim to build durable media systems aligned with long-term brand positioning.
Job Description:
As a Multimedia Editor at Dozti, you will be responsible for full-spectrum post-production across video, audio, and visual media systems.
You will edit long-form podcast content, corporate explainer videos, and structured media presentations. This role requires strong video editing fundamentals, audio cleanup and balancing expertise, and the ability to integrate motion graphics, slides, and visual elements to support narrative clarity.
This is not a casual social media editing role, it is a structured post-production role requiring discipline, technical precision, and aesthetic restraint.
Responsibilities:
Edit long-form podcast video episodes for clarity, pacing, and professional polish.
Clean, balance, and master audio for spoken-word content.
Remove filler words, noise, and distractions while preserving natural tone.
Integrate slides, visual overlays, diagrams, and supporting imagery into episodes.
Create and animate motion graphics elements when required (lower thirds, titles, transitions).
Synchronize visuals with narrative flow.
Apply consistent visual and audio standards across all projects.
Perform color correction and basic grading for a clean, professional look.
Export optimized deliverables for YouTube, web, and internal platforms.
Maintain organized project files and post-production workflows.
Collaborate with leadership to refine media standards and visual direction.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in professional video editing and post-production.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
Experience with After Effects or similar motion graphics tools.
Strong audio editing and cleanup skills (noise reduction, EQ, compression).
Ability to structure long-form content into clean, engaging final outputs.
Understanding of pacing, visual hierarchy, and narrative reinforcement.
High-level English comprehension (for editing spoken-word content accurately).
Strong file organization and workflow discipline.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience editing corporate or enterprise-level content.
Familiarity with YouTube content optimization standards.
Experience with podcast production workflows.
Basic understanding of brand systems and visual consistency.
Exposure to script-based or educational content editing.
Knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools.
What We Offer:
Direct involvement in high-impact media projects.
Ownership over post-production standards and quality control.
Remote work environment with autonomy and accountability.
Competitive compensation aligned with skill and reliability.
Opportunity to help shape long-term media systems and IP development.
A culture focused on clarity, discipline, and structured execution.
