We are looking for a talented and driven Motion Designer and Video Production Specialist to become a core member of our creative team.

What You Will Be Doing
Your work will span across brand, digital, and live event environments. On any given week you could be:
- Concepting and producing motion graphics for brand identity campaigns and client launches
- Editing and delivering polished promotional and marketing videos for digital platforms
- Creating animated content for social media channels including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
- Designing large-format visual content for LED screens and live event productions
- Bringing brand logos, identity systems, and visual assets to life through animation
- Building broadcast-quality motion elements — openers, lower thirds, transitions, and title sequences
- Collaborating closely with the creative, design, and events teams on integrated campaigns
- Managing your own project pipeline and delivering consistently against deadlines
What We Are Looking For
- Have 4–5 years of hands-on professional experience in motion graphics and video editing
- Come from a creative agency, branding studio, production house, or advertising background
- Own your craft — you can take a brief and deliver exceptional work with minimal hand-holding
- Are comfortable switching between formats — social content, event visuals, brand films, and corporate videos
- Have a portfolio that speaks for itself — varied, polished, and commercially relevant
- Communicate clearly in English, both with teammates and when interpreting creative briefs
- Are genuinely excited about an international posting and the lifestyle that comes with it
Tools You Should Know Well
- Adobe After Effects — this is your primary tool and you should know it deeply
- Adobe Premiere Pro — for editing, sequencing, and final delivery
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator — for asset creation and design support
- Adobe InDesign — for layout and print-to-digital adaptation
Bonus Points For
- Cinema 4D, Maya, or any 3D animation software
- Broadcast design experience
- Storyboarding and concept development skills
- Photography or cinematography knowledge
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of continuous professional experience in a creative or production environment
- A strong online portfolio (Behance, Vimeo, Google Drive reel, or personal website)
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work under real agency deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for the craft of motion design
