Role Description The Multimedia Designer – Cinematic Videographer & Video Editor internship is an on-site role based in Kumbakonam. The intern will plan, shoot, and edit cinematic video content for educational programs, social media, and marketing campaigns focused on trading and financial markets. Daily tasks include developing storyboards, setting up lighting and camera equipment, capturing high-quality footage, and editing videos with sound, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects. The role also involves collaborating with mentors and marketing teams to align visual content with brand guidelines and learning objectives, repurposing footage for multiple platforms, and maintaining organized media assets. This internship offers hands-on experience in multimedia production while contributing to engaging educational content for aspiring traders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in video production, including camera operation, cinematography, and basic lighting techniques.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and familiarity with color correction and audio editing.
• Ability to create visual narratives through storyboarding, shot planning, and creative framing for cinematic storytelling.
• Experience or interest in motion graphics and visual effects using tools such as Adobe After Effects or similar applications.
• Basic understanding or enthusiasm for financial markets (Stock Market, Forex, Cryptocurrency) and willingness to learn trading concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work on-site in Kumbakonam as part of a collaborative team.
• Relevant academic background or coursework in multimedia design, film, visual communication, or a related field is beneficial.
• Portfolio or sample work demonstrating video shooting, editing, and creative storytelling is highly preferred.
