We are seeking a talented and experienced Multicuisine Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a diverse knowledge of various cuisines. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, innovating new recipes, and managing kitchen operations to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of cuisines including but not limited to Indian, Chinese, Italian, and Continental.
- Develop and innovate new recipes to enhance the menu offerings.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and food cost control.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and safety practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef in a multi-cuisine kitchen with 3-10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to create unique and delicious recipes across different cuisines.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized institution.
