The Opportunity

Capgemini is seeking a director level executive toArticulates deal strategy and value proposition by performing a key role in pursuing and winning large multi-tower outsourcing deals.

This person will.

• Perform a key role in pursuing and winning large multi-tower outsourcing deals in the 100-500 MUSD TCV range by defining the overall solution strategy to effectively address client needs and provide differentiation.
• Conceptualize and program manage the solution design and facilitating integration of services across Applications, Infrastructure, and Business Processes.
• The person will also be responsible to drive the business and technology transformation strategy for the client.
• The person will be Defining the overall solution strategy to effectively address client needs and provide differentiation (including ownership of the Business Value Articulation), Supporting Pursuit Lead to develop the winning proposition and also to Architects the overall solution approach (including pricing)
• Engaging with other pursuit team members (CAMS, Deal Analyst, transition, technology, etc.) to develop integrated solution.
• Execution of pricing strategies (Price to Win, Rate to Win, etc.)
• Reviewing commercial and legal terms that might impact the solution.
• Responsible for driving the business and technology transformation strategy for the client
  Solution defense including content during orals.

Our Ideal Candidate

He/She/They OR, the incumbent will have 16-25 years of experience in IT with a strong project track record. A bachelor's degree is required:

• 15+ years of IT experience across applications, infrastructure, and business services
• 3+ years of active solution integration experience
• Experience developing solution strategy, engagement models, operating models, governance models, SLA framework.
• Ability to have conversations with client executives.
• Ability to create business and technology transformation roadmaps.
• Experience working in a global delivery model.
• This position requires the ability to articulate deal strategy and value proposition to C-level executives.
• The ideal candidate would have broad business and technology skills coupled with people management and client interface skills.
