Multi Technologies, Project Test Leader

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead verification and validation (V&V) squad as Technical Product Owner for embedded smart metering solutions.
2. Develop and execute global test strategies, automation plans, and defect management processes.
3. Collaborate on hardware-firmware integration testing, manufacturability, and system readiness.
4. Drive continuous improvement and agile collaboration through scrum rituals and test dashboard updates.

Key Deliverables:

1. End-to-end V&V plan execution with traceability and test infrastructure setup.
2. Automated testing of communication protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, Zigbee, SNMP, etc.) using Python.
3. High-quality product releases through rigorous defect tracking and resolution.
4. Consistent alignment with product requirements, design, and marketing inputs.
