We are seeking a reliable and skilled Multi-Skilled MEP Technician to handle day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The role requires hands-on experience in facilities maintenance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC / Plumbing
Relevant facilities or building maintenance experience
Requirements
Electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance
Preventive & breakdown maintenance (PPM / BDM)
Fault finding & troubleshooting
Use of tools and testing instruments
Knowledge of safety practices & PPE
