About The Role
We are looking for a MultiCloud Support / System Administrator with handson experience across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, along with strong expertise in Linux, troubleshooting, automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud support operations.
The ideal candidate should have exposure to cloud infrastructure management, DevOps practices, and customer-centric cloud support.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Operations & Support
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workloads running on AWS, Azure
- Manage customer support cases endtoend, ensuring timely resolution, RCA creation, and proactive communication
- Support highavailability cloud workloads, automation solutions, and performance tuning.
- System Administration
- Manage and administer Linux-based systems, servers, VMs, and onprem/cloud hybrid infrastructures.
- Deploy, maintain, and optimize backend services and cloud-native systems (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, Kubernetes, etc.)
- DevOps & Automation
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Git, Docker, containerization, and automation scripting (Python preferred)
- Develop and optimize deployment processes across multiple environments.
- Cloud Migration & Resilient Platforms
- Support migration of applications/websites to IaaS/PaaS to improve performance and reduce infrastructure costs
- Assist in designing scalable, resilient cloud platforms.
- Monitoring & Incident Management
- Monitor cloud workloads using tools like SolarWinds, CrowdStrike Falcon, and cloud-native monitors
- Handle incident response, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and escalation procedures.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Assist with SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security hardening
- Support secure design practices and compliance requirements.
- Customer Engagement
- Work with customers to understand workloads, conduct proactive monitoring, trend analysis, and performance checks.
- Drive engineering feedback and feature improvements for cloud products
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of experience in cloud support, system administration, SRE, or DevOps engineering.
- Handson experience with AWS, Azure, GCP cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration, virtualization, networking fundamentals, and cloud-native services.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, cloud monitoring dashboards) and incident management.
- Familiarity with Python or any scripting language for automation.
- Exposure to security practices, SIEM, vulnerability scanning, and endpoint security tools
- Strong communication skills with customerfacing support experience.
Good To Have (Preferred)
- Certifications: AWS Associate / Azure AZ900 / GCP, CompTIA Fundamentals, Cisco Endpoint Security, OCI..pdf)
- Knowledge of message queues (SQS/Kafka) and eventdriven architecture.
- Experience with microservices deployment in cloud environments.
