Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Experience: 6–7 Years

• MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Runtime Manager & CloudHub
• API Monitoring, Production Support & Incident Management
• REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML & DataWeave
• Splunk, ELK, PagerDuty & ServiceNow
• Troubleshooting, Log Analysis & SLA Management
• ITIL Processes, Change & Problem Management
• Postman, SQL & AWS

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot MuleSoft APIs and integrations.
• Manage production incidents and service requests.
• Support deployments, changes and operational activities.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain technical documentation.
• Support rotational shifts and 24x7 operations.
