Job Description

Job Title: MuleSoft Integration Lead

Job Overview: The MuleSoft Integration Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform to connect a variety of systems, applications, and data sources within the organization. The role involves leading the integration team, defining best practices, and ensuring successful deployment of integration services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate integration projects using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Design and develop APIs, integration flows, and connectors.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Establish and enforce integration development best practices, standards, and procedures.
  • Oversee the entire integration lifecycle from design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high code quality.
  • Mentor and guide integration developers and engineers.
  • Monitor the performance of integration solutions and optimize them for scalability and reliability.
  • Stay up to date with MuleSoft platform releases and recommend upgrades and enhancements when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to integration solutions.
  • Document integration processes, services, and architecture for future reference and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software integration and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and experience with API Management.
  • Proficient in REST and SOAP web services, as well as RAML and OpenAPI specifications.
  • Experience with message queue design patterns and event-driven architecture.
  • Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web services and APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other integration platforms like Informatica.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
