Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled MuleSoft Developer (3–7 years experience) to design and build the integration layer between Salesforce and our internal platform, enabling automated customer onboarding and offboarding. The role involves developing MuleSoft flows, managing API interactions, implementing error-handling and retry logic, and ensuring end‑to‑end visibility through logging and monitoring.

Location: Pune

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new MuleSoft integration flows triggered from Salesforce.
  
• Build integrations that interact with internal platform APIs for onboarding/offboarding.
  
• Implement error handling, retry mechanisms, and exception flows.
  
• Design and configure logging and alerting for integration observability.
  
• Work with Salesforce teams on Platform Events, REST integrations, and outbound messaging.
  
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and aligned with MuleSoft best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production deployments.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualification

• 3+ years of hands‑on MuleSoft development experience.
  
• Strong experience building flows from scratch on Anypoint Platform.
  
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and XML payload structures.
  
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (Platform Events, REST, outbound messaging).
  
• Proficiency in designing reliable integration logic with retries and error handling.
  
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize Mule applications.
  
  

Good to have Skills

• MuleSoft Certified Developer certification.
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.
  
• Familiarity with API‑led architecture (System, Process, Experience layers).
  
• Knowledge of OAuth, TLS, and integration security patterns.
  
• Experience in workflow automation or onboarding/offboarding processes.
