Job Title: MuleSoft Developer

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced developer (MuleSoft) for development, and delivery of enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Any point Platform. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of integration delivery, especially HIS (Hospital Information System) integrations and connectivity with multiple external systems such as CRM, ERP, mobile applications, and third‑party services.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Technical Leadership

• Hands‑on development of Mule flows, APIs, and connectors.
• Use DataWeave for complex data transformations (JSON, XML, HL7/FHIR as applicable).
• Implement error handling, logging, retries, and monitoring best practices.
• Own delivery of integrations between HIS, CRM, ERP, mobile/web applications, and external third parties.

HIS & External System Integrations

• Integrate MuleSoft with HIS / EMR / EHR systems and external healthcare platforms.
• Work with protocols such as REST, SOAP, and healthcare data standards (HL7 / FHIR – good to have).
• Manage integrations with payment gateways, labs, third‑party APIs, and partner systems.

Platform, Security & DevOps

• Configure and manage API Manager, policies, and security (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS).
• Support deployments across CloudHub / Runtime Fabric / On‑prem / Hybrid environments.
• Integrate MuleSoft with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
• Monitor integrations using Anypoint Monitoring and logging tools.

Qualifications & Experience

Must Have

• 4-6 years of experience in enterprise integration development and delivery in MuleSoft.
• Strong hands‑on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4).
• Proven experience delivering API‑led integrations.
• Experience integrating HIS / Healthcare systems and multiple external systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with DataWeave.
• Experience with API security (OAuth2, JWT, certificates).
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid deployments.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to integration reliability.
• Ability to manage multiple integrations and priorities.

Good to Have

• Experience with HL7 / FHIR healthcare standards.
• MuleSoft certifications (Developer).
• Experience with Runtime Fabric and Kubernetes.
• Prior client‑facing or onsite delivery experience.
