Responsibilities
- Monitor alerts, errors and troubleshoot API and BOT failures
- Triage user requests (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Develop API artifacts - RAML, API flows, API Manager Policies, m-Units
- Documentation & Source Code Management
- Develop RPA artifacts - BOTs
- Documentation & Source Code Management
- Manage DevOps cycles/releases and verification
- Participate in scrum sessions
- QA on APIs and BOTs by creating m-units for API and E2E tests for BOTs
- & Rotational ONCALL shifts
