Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Mughlai cook specializing in Biryani at Persian Darbar Byculla. The Mughlai Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking biryani dishes, ensuring consistency and quality, managing the kitchen operations, ordering and maintaining inventory, and maintaining hygiene standards. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mughlai cooking, particularly in preparing various biryani dishes
• Experience in kitchen management and operations
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in an authentic Mughlai kitchen is a plus
