In this role, Independently manages assigned RTR activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert for junior team members and contributes to process improvement initiatives.

.Proficiency in Excel is required.

.Working knowledge of all other Microsoft office products is preferred.

.Detail oriented.

.Ability to work independently.

.Ability to reconcile accounts, troubleshoot and research effectively.

.Ability to organize and express ideas clearly, concisely and accurately, verbally and in writing.

.Ability to identify what needs to be done and proactively execute

.Ability to be assertive and to work unsupervised.

.Minimal Travel Required (1 - 2 x per year) .

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting /finance preferred or equivalent experience..

.Experience in retail finance field.

.General ledger experience.

.Experience with account reconciliation.

.Inventory control, planning and allocation or accounting.
