The Credit Management Analyst is responsible for evaluating customer creditworthiness, managing credit risk, and supporting effective cash flow management. This role involves analyzing financial data, setting and monitoring credit limits, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and working closely with sales, finance, and collections teams to minimize bad debt while supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
.Assess and evaluate customer credit applications using financial statements, credit reports, and risk assessment tools
.Establish, review, and maintain customer credit limits in line with company credit policies
.Monitor customer payment behaviour and credit exposure on an ongoing basis
.Identify credit risk trends and proactively recommend risk mitigation actions
.Support collections activities by analysing overdue accounts and advising on recovery strategies
.Prepare regular credit risk, aging, and exposure reports for management review
.Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounts Receivable teams to balance risk and revenue objectives
.Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
.Participate in credit policy development and continuous process improvement initiatives
.Assist with dispute resolution related to billing, credit terms, or payment issues

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Graduate/ Bachelor's/Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Relevant years of experience in credit management, financial analysis, accounts receivable, or risk management
.Strong understanding of financial statements and credit risk concepts
.Bachelor's degree in finance / economics / systems or equivalent work experience
.SAP knowledge (S4Hana preferably)
.Highly Proficient in working on MS Office suite.
.Strong written and verbal communication skills
.Excellent Interpersonal skills
.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
.Proficient in working in an agile environment and demonstrate high attention to detail
.Capable of working independently on managing their respective portfolios and delivering it within their stipulated timelines
.Capable of assisting the management by providing process improvement ideas to reduce waste and improve efficiency of the process
