Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Customer Care, [Quality Analyst]!
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with expertise in data analysis, coaching, mentoring, and audit compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to drive quality improvements across our operations.
Responsibilities
.Data Analysis:
oRead and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
oUtilize statistical tools to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
.Coaching and Mentoring:
oProvide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
oDevelop training materials and conduct workshops to promote best practices.
.Audit Compliance:
oConduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
oPrepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
oBased on the action, we need to create TNI's which will improve CAST and efficiency metrics.
.Quality Improvement:
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
oMonitor the effectiveness of quality measures and adjust strategies as needed.
oEffectively take internal and external calibrations.
oNeed to highlight any tool, resource gap which will help to improve the process.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any graduation or degree in related field.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Relevant years of experience in a quality analyst role.
.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software.
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
