Job Description :

Credit Underwriting & Risk Assessment:Lead the credit evaluation process for personal loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a team of credit managers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.KYC Compliance:Develop and enforce credit policies, ensuring they align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Portfolio Management:Monitor and manage the credit portfolio, analyzing trends and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and reduce delinquencies.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with business development, operations, and product teams to align credit strategies with business objective.Team Productivity: Productivityfixed minimum 10 files / Credit Managers per day.Audit & Reporting:Ensure audit readiness and provide regular reports on credit performance and portfolio health. ( Critical4 days& NON critical7 days ).TAT Management:Ensure Meeting TAT specified as per the business requirement.(E2 E TAT 4 days).
