Position: Management Trainee - Business Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

1.Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Utilize Excel and business analytics software to analyze business data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights that support decision-making and strategy formulation.

2.Vendor Management: Use data-driven insights to evaluate vendor performance and establish strong, data-informed relationships with vendors, driving process efficiency and enhancing service quality.

3.Non-Starter Follow-Up & Data Verification: Use analytical skills and business intelligence tools to follow up on non-starter applications, gather additional data, and ensure data accuracy for future analysis.

4.Timely Reporting: Utilize Excel, business analytics software, and visualization tools to prepare and present comprehensive business data r reports within established timelines, ensuring clear communication of key findings.

5.Business Strategy Support: Provide analytical support for business strategies by using Excel, data modeling, and analytics programs to generate insights and recommendations that guide decision-making processes.

6.RTRM - Real Time Risk Monitoring - Recheck on the underwriting quality as concurrent check .

7.Risk Projects and New initiative - Any new project of risk department needs to be completed in timely manner based the allocation.

Qualifications:

lMBA (2023, 2024 Batch if exams are completed OR Going through the Exams)

lProficiency in Excel is required for data analysis and reporting.

lBoth Male and Female candidates can apply.

Salary:Base Salary: 3.75 Lakh per annum

Retention Bonus: 50,000 (payable at the end of the 15-month duration) , After confirmation, candidates will be promoted to Assistant Manager with a salary hike.
