Primary skills:Technology->Business Intelligence - Reporting->Microstrategy Administration

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into MicroStrategy-based BI solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and documents aligned to business KPIs.
Build and manage metadata objects such as attributes, facts, metrics, hierarchies, and filters to support scalable analytics.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation, reconciliation, and structured testing of BI outputs.
Optimize report performance by tuning prompts, metrics, and dataset design; troubleshoot bottlenecks and failures.
Collaborate with data engineering/DB teams to support data availability, quality, and efficient query execution.
Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and timely resolution for BI incidents and enhancement requests.
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles for BI assets and processes. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline (BTech/BE/BSc or equivalent).
3–5 years of hands-on experience with MicroStrategy development and Business Intelligence delivery.
Strong understanding of BI concepts including KPIs, dimensional modeling basics, and reporting best practices.
Experience in building and maintaining MicroStrategy reports/dashboards with strong attention to data accuracy.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze data/report discrepancies, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree (MTech/MCA/MSc or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Experience designing reusable BI components and standards to improve consistency across dashboards and reports.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to convert ambiguous needs into clear reporting solutions.
Exposure to performance tuning practices for enterprise BI platforms and large-scale datasets.
Experience supporting BI releases, change management, and production monitoring in a structured environment. Good to have skills: SQL, Data Warehousing, Dimensional Modeling, ETL Concepts, Performance Tuning
