Job Description

  • Develop customized onboarding plans tailored to each client s specific requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to configure security tools and technologies to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure smooth integration of our services into their existing infrastructure.
  • Service Transition:
  • Develop detailed transition plans, including timelines, milestones, and responsibilities.Coordinate knowledge transfer between client and MSSP teams to ensure a seamless handover.Monitor service performance and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the transition.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.Proactively address challenges and implement corrective actions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication channels.Proactively communicate project updates, milestones, and any potential issues.Address client concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Qualifications
  • A master s degree in business administration (MBA) or a master s in project management is highly preferred.
  • 5+ Years of Experience with Minimum working experience as a Project Manager for Managed Security Services (MSSP) Projects
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) environment, with a strong focus on SOC, MDR, and XDR services.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is preferred
